Projects that Made an Impact
Portfolio Summary
Welcome to a highlight reel of the work that has shaped my passion for marketing, partnerships, and live-event experiences. This slideshow brings together some of my favorite moments from my time working in sponsorship and promotions with the Cincinnati Reds and MEMI.
These images capture the hands-on, behind-the-scenes work that goes into bringing partnerships to life — from coordinating ballpark promotions to creating digital assets that supported real sponsor visibility and ROI. You’ll see examples of the advertisements and recap materials I designed, as well as visuals from the large-scale “Text-to-Win” promotion I helped organize, which reached up to 20,000 fans in a single event.
The slideshow also features a brand activation I’m especially proud of: a sponsor photo booth experience that I helped design, build out, and staff. This project combined creativity, logistics, and on-site execution to create a fun, high-traffic engagement point that strengthened brand recognition and delivered meaningful value to partners.
You’ll also see snapshots from my time at the Reds, where I supported game-day promotions, fan engagement, pregame ceremonies, and sponsor fulfillment—including tracking more than 200 promotion winners and helping compile proof-of-performance materials for corporate partners.
Every project in this slideshow represents collaboration, problem solving, and a drive to create memorable experiences for fans and measurable impact for sponsors. This is the work that taught me how marketing and partnerships come alive in real time—and why I’m passionate about building brands through creativity, organization, and meaningful fan connections.
Beyond the Resume
Hi, I’m Kathleen — a young marketing professional with a drive to learn quickly, work hard, and take on challenges with curiosity and determination. I’m passionate about turning ideas into organized, polished, and meaningful experiences—whether that’s coordinating a live event, creating sponsor-facing materials, or supporting a team behind the scenes.
On campus, I serve as a Peer Leader at Kelley, where I mentor students on professionalism, communication, and navigating college life. This role has strengthened my leadership style: calm, dependable, and always focused on helping others succeed. I pride myself on being someone teammates can trust with details, deadlines, and collaborative responsibilities.
More recently, I studied abroad in Rome, where navigating a new culture strengthened my independence, flexibility, and ability to thrive outside my comfort zone. Those experiences continue to shape the way I communicate, problem-solve, and work with teams from all backgrounds.
When I’m not working or studying, you’ll usually find me reading (huge Harry Potter fan), discovering new books, or hanging out with my Shih Tzu, who believes she’s the true CEO of my life.
At my core, I’m an eager learner, a thoughtful communicator, and someone who enjoys finding creative ways to make people’s experiences better—whether they’re fans in a ballpark, partners in a sponsorship program, or students looking for direction. I’m excited to continue growing, creating, and contributing to teams that value curiosity, organization, and meaningful work.
